In order for the project to go smoothly we need a little help from you. Please review and perform the checklist below prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please remove any screens that DO NOT slide up and down or side to side. This way we can clean all exposed glass.
Please make sure ALL outside water is ON. If your house is on a well, please let Ohio Pressure Wash know before your scheduled day. If needed we can haul in water at a surcharge.
Make sure all windows and doors are closed securely. If you're aware of any area's that leak please advise. We suggest putting a towel in front of these areas as well.
Please make sure vehicles are moved so we can safely carry ladders around the home without interruption.
Please remove all items from decks, porches, patio's etc. We can move heavier items (grills, picnic tables, etc). We are not responsible for any damage to items we move.
Please take any solar yard lights and put them in a safe place until wash is complete.
If you have painted vinyl siding or trim, please make us aware before we arrive at the home. If any exterior areas of the home have been painted with Sherwin-Williams exterior paint, please let us know prior to our arrival.
* There is a $40 cancellation fee if a job is canceled or rescheduled 24 hours from the scheduled date.
**If Ohio Pressure Wash has to return because steps 1-7 have not been completed prior to the start of our job there will be a $100 surcharge due to fuel and labor rates. Please feel free to call/text us with any questions on these steps.
